The Quality Assurance System adopted by GOMMA INDUSTRIALE is applied at all company levels and is based on the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard. All processes follow written procedures defined by the Quality Office and are subject to three different levels of audit, kept constantly under control in order to offer customers products of the highest level of quality and reliability.

In-house test room
An added value that takes Gomma Industriale to new heights
Gomma Industriale carries out load/fatigue tests on anti-vibration components in the in-house test room. This room, introduced many years ago and used on a regular basis, is part of the company’s policy to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

- RPeriodically calibrated instruments to take precision measurements
- RSpecific protocols that respect UNI EN ISO process quality standards
We have a full range of measurement and control equipment to perform:
- Axial and radial load/processing tests
- High-precision dimensional checks
- Quality control of the rubber
- Control of the composition of the rubber by means of a spectrophotometer, a technologically advanced tool used to identify the composition of an item. From a sample it will then be possible to rapidly identify the type of material is made from
Standardised procedures guarantee anti-vibration mounts of a specific batch and provide quality data for parts in general. On request, the product can be supplied with

The measurement and control process is performed on samples or the entire production depending on the customer’s requirements. If there are no special requirements, we carry out the quality control following our strict internal procedures.
