TWO-METAL AND THREE-METAL BARGOM

Rectangular anti-vibration mounts with 2 or more metal inserts interlayered with rubber, hence the name “sandwich vibration dampers”.

Suitable for the isolation of:

• Fans;
• Gensets;
• Engines;
• Vibrating machines in general

The mechanical properties vary depending on the type and hardness of the elastomer from which they are made, and the number and thickness of the metal plates.

The design of the SANDWICH mount has the following characteristics:

• Large support surface
• The rubber is bonded to the metal part thanks to the vulcanisation process they undergo
• Possible overlapping of mounts.
• Anti-vibration mount provides vibration and shock isolation for axial and compressive loads
• Excellent support under axial load.
