Ring elements

This is an anti-vibration mount in which the rubber is vulcanised between two metal washers. Used above all in the case of compressive stresses. It is easy to mount and is used in series assembly, i.e. the male part of the metal ring is coupled with the female part made of rubber and metal edge, to obtain the desired deflection and load. It is generally used as a buffer with stresses in both directions at the axis and is used on mine carts and railway vehicles in general. The data in the table refer to a natural rubber compound with sh 60 hardness.
