Hollow springs

Rubber springs are anti-vibration mounts suitable for high deformation levels with excellent elastic return. Rubber springs withstand compressive and shear loads well; they must never be subjected to tension.

They are used as suspensions for crane trucks, road and rail vehicles, vibrating machinery in general, or as end stop buffers for trolleys or bridge cranes

Cylindrical, hourglass and sleeve springs are elastic rubber elements that act as a support system based on the weight and size of the machine so that the vibrations do not reach the ground or spread into the environment.

The characteristic shape and high quality of the rubber allow for optimal elastic deformation after loading, absorbing shocks and vibrations. Vibration isolation can be achieved by applying correctly dimensioned rubber springs. The choice of spring depends on the type of application, weight and its distribution.

Their assembly is easy and intuitive. Screws must not pass from one side to the other so as not to create the “bridge” effect for the vibrations, but allow the elastomer to perform its vibration-damping function. We are constantly producing new sizes and customisations and look forward to your request.
